A single one-off investment secures your share of a photovoltaic installation on WSC infrastructure.
WSC installs and manages
Panels are installed on covered reservoirs, operational buildings and utility land. Site prep, grid connection, maintenance and monitoring are all handled by WSC.
You earn a share of the income
Electricity is sold through Malta's government-backed Feed-In Tariff. You receive 85% of the revenue from your share — approximately €855 per year on average over 20 years.

Participating households receive 85% of the Feed-In Tariff revenue generated by their share of the installation. WSC retains the remaining 15%, which covers maintenance, insurance, monitoring and asset management.
These figures are indicative and are based on an assumed Feed-In Tariff rate. Final projections will be confirmed following the award of the relevant tender.

Pannelli bla Bejt is designed for people who want to invest in renewable energy but can't put panels on their own property. WSC puts the panels on our rooftops — covered reservoirs, operational buildings, utility land — and you share in the income.
Live in an apartment
No access to an individual roof, no freedom to install panels above you.
Live in a shared building
Common roofs and shared permissions make solar installation impractical.
Heritage or structural limits
UCA zones, older properties or roofs that simply cannot support a solar array.
No roof access at all
Ground-floor homes, tenants, or properties without usable rooftop space.
